Notice of Public Hearing - Notice is hereby given that the Wapello City Council will meet in the designated Council Chambers on April 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM local time at which time and place a hearing will be held on the proposed drawings, specifications, budget, and form of contract for the CDBG Downtown Revitalization Project.  Any interested party may appear to be heard. At the said time and place, the City Council will also consider BIDS for said construction that were previously opened at the bid opening on March 13, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time.
